Mission Giving and Campaigning
For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me.
Matthew 25:35-36
Increasingly the task of helping others with problems like climate change, unfair trade and tax avoidance (which robs poorer countries of the tax revenue to resolve some of their own problems) can only be addressed by political action. On this page are a number of links, links to campaigning organisations where people can sign up to lobby governments over the political issues; links to charities whom St Michael’s is currently supporting corporately and links to organisations St Michael’s members support as individuals.
