Special Services
You are especially welcome at any of St Michael’s Special Services. Incense is used at the following festivals, Midnight Mass, Epiphany, Candlemas, Maundy Thursday, Pentecost, and Patronal (“St Michael’s Day”).

Living Water
Sunday 5 September 6 pm in the Lady Chapel
A quiet time of stillness,Gospel reading
and simple sharing of bread and wine.
Sustaining the sacred centre.
Patronal Festival. (celebrating the Church’s birthday at Michaelmas) Sunday 26 September. 10am Sung Eucharist with incense. President and Preacher: the Ven Karen Gorham, Archdeacon of Buckingham. The service will be followed by wine and juice before a bring and share lunch.
Harvest Festival. Sunday 2 October, supporting “Send a cow”.
All Saints Sunday. Eucharist on 31 October at 10am. We remember loved ones who have died as we light candles and write their names.
Advent Carol Service. Sunday 28 November at 6pm. We welcome the start of the Advent Season with advent hymns, choir anthems and lighting of candles.
Christingle Service. Saturday 4 December at 3pm. Saturday Slot all age service.
Carol Service. Sunday 19 December at 6pm. A service of Nine Lessons and Carols.
Crib Service. Christmas Eve, Friday 24 December at 4pm. All ages around the crib with carols and readings.
Midnight Mass. Christmas Eve, Friday 24 December at 11.15pm. Holy Communion, Carols, Candles and Incense.
Christmas Day Services. Saturday 25 December. Said Holy Communion at 8am. Christmas Communion with Carols at 10am.
